      • Dental Service Affordability

Let's be real for a minute... Dental procedures can be expensive if you need major work done. We know that and we have several ways to help make needed procedures more affordable.

        Preventive Care

        Yes... brushing, flossing, and cleanings

Ok, it wouldn't be a dental office if we didn't remind you the cheapest way to avoid expensive procedures on your natural teeth is to brush at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, floss after meals and before bed, and have your teeth professionally cleaned and your smile screened twice a year. We even have an In-Office Loyalty Plan which makes it incredibly affordable to stay on top of those periodic cleanings and screenings.

        Insurance

You can file our services with your insurance, even out of network!

Did you know you don't have to go to an in-network dentist? Did you know it can often be cheaper, after insurance reimbursement, to see an out of network dentist? Yes, you read that right. So, while we are in-network with several insurers and plans, even if we're not in your dental insurance network, you will still want us to give you a second opinion on work you've been quoted elsewhere. Our patients consistently report their dental insurance reimburses them for all or almost all of our customary expenses. If we're not in your dental network, our front desk can help you understand how to file our services with your insurer.

(Yes, that means it can be cheaper to be seen out-of-network in our office than to be seen in-network at another office. We're not kidding. Insurance can be crazy... but you already knew that! Think of that as your ace-in-the-hole!)

        In-Office Loyalty Plan

You can file our services with your insurance, even out of network!

We LOVE our patients. We especially love the ones who make their dental health a priority. Many of those patients don't have dental insurance, so we developed an In-Office Loyalty Plan to help make our services more affordable.

For an annual fee of $375 per year, per adult, and $350 per year, per child under 13, you will receive these benefits from our office:

        • 2 Regular Dental Check Ups - including exam, necessary x-rays, dental cleaning, periodontal evaluation, oral cancer screening, oral hygiene instruction, TMJ screening, and flouride treatment (for children 12 and under).
        • 2 Emergency Visits - including problem focused exam and a single Periapical X-Ray
        • 25% off Usual, Customary Fees - we'll provide a detailed treatment plan in writing, detailing regular fees and your discounted rates.

There are no waiting periods, no claim forms, no restrictions on treatment, no pre-determinations, and no age or dependent limitations.

FYI: Many patients tell us their out-of-pocket costs with our In-Office Loyalty Plan are actually less than what they were paying for dental insurance plus their visit co-pays and patient contribution - especially when needing complex restorative work. Please ask our front desk if our In-Office Loyalty Plan can save you money versus traditional dental insurance.

        Credit Cards

Yep! We gladly accept all major credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept CareCredit.

Yes, we can split your procedure across 2 different cards. We'll do everything in our power to help you obtain the dental services you need.
